Republic Day Celebration
The 68th Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and
grandeur at Rahul Eng High School on 26th January 2017. The
students saluted the National Flag and pledged themselves to upholding the
honour and integrity, diversity and uniqueness that is “ India”.
The choir
group presented the patriotic song “Aisa Desh hai Mera” . The
whole school joined the choir and the song reverberated in the surroundings. It
was followed by a beautiful Lezim folk dance of Maharashtra. The
melodious music and graceful movements of the dancers were
spellbinding by Primary & Secondary Students.Pre Primary Student were
wonderful at fashion show representing “
UNITY IN DIVERSITY”. The celebration continued
with song and dance and speech by pre primary students that reminded the
students of the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters.
Supervisor
Mam addressed the students with certificate of Sports held in the school and
urged them to do their best and feel proud to be Indians.
The students were dispersed after Biscuit & chocolates with the
image of the fluttering tricolor in their minds.
